Kathleen Brown is an American attorney and politician who served as Treasurer of California from 1991 to 1995. Brown unsuccessfully ran for governor in 1994. I was Kathleen’s state office janitor during that time. This is Kathleen as the goddess Athena as depicted on the official California State Seal.
